Return Policy

 

 
DME RETURN POLICY
 
SHIPPING:  
 
The customer is responsible for the shipping of a return for any reason other than TMR shipping 
error or any damage or defect that renders the product useless ( under valid warranty)  
 
TMR strongly suggests shipping through a carrier that provides tracking information.  
Standard Postal Service does not provide tracking information - If no proof of delivery or tracking
when needed, credit WILL NOT be issued.  
 
REPORTING DAMAGES/DISCREPANCIES:  
Note any damage to the delivery driver before signing for the package. Refuse any package if 
there is noticeable damage, especially from freight deliveries.  
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to TMR within 10 DAYS of delivery date.
Only refuse damaged deliveries. All other refused deliveries will be considered  
unauthorized returns.  
 
CREDIT:  
Credit will be given for the product cost ONLY. Shipping charges will not be credited or  
reimbursed.   
 
Products must:  
(a) be returned with authorization (b) be in new & unused condition & in original package  
© have the return set up within 30 days of delivery date.  
 
RESTOCKING FEES:  
MOST RETURNS WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. However, failure to follow the
above guidelines may incur fees of 15 % + of the cost of the return product  
or no credit being issued.  
Many of our vendors & suppliers charge a standard restocking fee, which will apply to the return.
 
RETURN ADDRESSES & LOCATIONS:  
Many returns will require the product to be shipped directly back to our suppliers.  
Products incorrectly returned to TMR will be assessed shipping charges to forward the package
to the proper destination. These charges will be deducted from the credit.  
Note: Supplier & Vendor return policies and restocking fees will take priority over TMR policy
